- Toddlers: 45 minutes of ballet
- Pre-Primary: 45 minutes of ballet
- Primary: 45 minutes of ballet & 15 minutes of limbering
- Level 1: 1 hour of ballet & 15 minutes of limbering
- Level 2: 1 hour of ballet & 15 minutes of limbering
- Level 3: 1 hour of ballet, 15 minutes of limbering & 15 minutes of pointes
- Beginner Ballet Adults 1: 1 hour of ballet
- Beginner Ballet Adults 2: 1 hour of ballet
